What products do you offer currently, and what will you offer in the future?
At launch, Epigraph Coffee is focused on intentionally crafted specialty whole-bean coffee, along with a small range of Epigraph merch.
Over time, we plan to expand the range to include ground coffee, decaf, rotating single origins, and ready-to-drink coffee beverages. As the story evolves, so will the coffees.
Is “freshly roasted coffee” always better?
Not necessarily. After roasting, coffee benefits from a short resting period. During this time the beans naturally release gases developed during roasting, allowing flavours to stabilise and express more clearly when brewed.
Our coffees are roasted and packed so they reach you at the right stage to be enjoyed at their best.
How do you source your specialty coffee beans?
Our coffees are ethically sourced through trusted supply partners who work closely with producers and exporters across different coffee-growing regions.

We offer free standard shipping across Australia for all orders over $85.
For orders below $85, express orders or international orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Orders are processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days of being placed. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive tracking details so you can follow its journey.

What is your return policy?
All our coffee undergoes a strict quality assurance process. For this reason, and that coffee is a consumable and perishable product, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases once an order has been delivered.
However, if your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 3 days of receiving it and include a photo of the issue. We’ll gladly arrange a replacement or refund for the affected item.

Does Epigraph Coffee have a loyalty program?
